1. Acceptance
By accessing Rasad ("the Service"), operated at tden.gg, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Rasad is an informational observatory that aggregates publicly available commodity market data. It is not a trading platform, broker, financial advisor, or regulated market data vendor. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any commodity, security, or derivative.
3. No Warranty
Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prices, rates, and indicators may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Rasad does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any data displayed.
4. Data Sources & Licensing
Rasad aggregates data from public APIs, government publications, and licensed feeds. See the Sourcespage for a complete list. Rasad does not redistribute proprietary data from Drewry, Baltic Exchange, Lloyd's List, Reuters, or S&P Global Platts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasad and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download data beyond reasonable personal use; (b) redistribute data commercially; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; (d) misrepresent Rasad data as your own proprietary research.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, data visualizations, and software on tden.gg are owned by Rasad / TDEN. No reproduction without written consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. Your right to use the service ceases immediately upon termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under Pakistan Arbitration Act 1940.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rasad / TDEN, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of the updated version to tden.gg. Material changes will be announced via an in-app banner or at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
15. PECA 2016 Compliance
Use of the Service from Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA). You agree not to use the Service for any activity prohibited under PECA or any other applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for our data protection practices under PECA.
