RASAD

Refund Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Overview

Rasad is a digital SaaS market terminal sold as a yearly subscription, including founding seats priced at a $25/month equivalent billed yearly. Because access is digital and delivered to your account immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once your account access is activated. The exceptions below set out when we will consider a refund.

2. First-Purchase Refunds (14 Days)

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase if you could not access the service, or you were charged in error. We will check the account, and if the issue is confirmed we will refund the charge.

3. Renewal Refunds (7 Days)

For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date, provided your account has not materially used the service after that renewal (for example, no meaningful logins or terminal usage in that period). Renewal refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. What Is Not Refundable

We do not provide refunds for:

For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as the merchant of record. In those cases, refund handling and billing inquiries may follow Paddle's own process and terms in addition to this policy. You can also reach us directly using the details below and we will assist.

7. How to Request a Refund

8. Changes to This Policy
